With the release of IE8 came high expectations across the web community that Microsoft would finally adopt open web standards.
Well, it looks like all those expectations were ceremoniously flushed down the toilet as IE8 totally bombed on the ACID 3 test.
As John Lennon said, “You may say I’m a dreamer. But I’m not the only one”. Yes, I was a dreamer and had hoped that Microsoft was going to make our (web designers and developers) lives easier but this is not the case.
